WINDOWS 10/11 ENTERPRISE
Follow these instructions to install and activate Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
Important Notes
- The key will NOT work on Windows Enterprise Evaluation versions
- If using Evaluation version, clean reinstall to Windows Home/Pro first
Generate Your License Key
Visit the activation page to get your 25-digit product key
For Windows 11 Enterprise
Download Windows 11 Home/Pro from:
microsoft.com/software-download/windows11After installation, go to: Start → Settings → System → Activation → Change product key
Enter your Enterprise key to upgrade to Windows 11 Enterprise
For Windows 10 Enterprise
Download Windows 10 Home/Pro from:
microsoft.com/software-download/windows10After installation, go to: Start → Settings → Update & Security → Activation → Change product key
Enter your Enterprise key to upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise
Windows Enterprise Activated!
Your Windows edition will automatically upgrade to Enterprise.
Common Troubleshooting Steps
If you face activation server errors (0x80070422, 0x80072ee2, 0x80072EE7)
Fix Windows Services:
- Search "Services" from the taskbar
- Ensure these services are Running with Automatic startup type:
- Windows License Manager Service
- Windows Update
- Windows Event Log
- Windows Event Collector
- Windows Time
- Apply changes and try activation again
Error 0xc004f050:
This is due to either using the Windows 'N' edition or a previous organization-based activation. A clean installation of Windows Home or Pro is required to activate with your genuine Enterprise key.
